Система факторов (условий), характеризующих текущее состояние спроса, предложения, цен и уровня конкуренции на инвестиционном рынке в целом или отдельных его сегментах. Экономическая ситуация на инвестиционном рынке в определенный момент времени изучается с помощью данных о динамике спроса, производства товаров, существующего уровня загрузки производственных мощностей и др. показателей, а также сведений о динамике цен, курсов акций, облигаций, учетного процента. Для конъюнктуры инвестиционного рынка в целом и отдельных его сегментов характерны стандартные четыре стадии: подъем конъюнктуры; конъюнктурный бум; ослабление конъюнктуры; конъюнктурный спад.
